1. Provide a story outlining their story about getting a mistake on their credit file fixed.
2. Provide their written consent to their story being reproduced in all blogs, social media platforms and marketing and promotional materials issued or published by or on behalf of Credit Simple and third party media organisations (‘Materials’).
3. Be selected by Credit Simple, in its discretion, as being suitable for publication in the Materials.
4. Only participants’ first names will be used in the Materials.  By participating in this offer, participants give their consent for all intellectual property rights in their story to become the property of Credit Simple, and for Credit Simple to amend participants’ stories in its discretion.  The top 5 stories as selected by Credit Simple (in its discretion) will each receive a Coles gift card to the value of AUD$100.Gift cards must be taken as offered, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  Credit Simple is not responsible for any gift cards that are lost or stolen. Gift cards are issued subject to the terms and conditions located on the reverse side of each gift card.
